Job description

Position: League Supervisor - Foothills Sports Arena

Pay Rate: $17.50/hour

Application Deadline: on-going/continuous

As the League Supervisor at the Foothills Sports Arena, you will manage the front desk activities; supervise games, volunteer coaches, and officials. Additional tasks include checking fields, field preparation, conflict resolution, and providing customer service for coaches and team players. Shifts are generally in the late afternoons - late evenings Sunday through Friday. Saturday shifts range dependent upon leagues and rentals.


  • A well-rounded knowledge of sport specific rules.
  • Previous experience running sport leagues.
  • Excellent people, communication and conflict management skills.
  • CPR/AED and First Aid Certifications preferred, required within 60 days of hire.
  • Flexibility to work evenings.
  • Must be at least 18 years of age at the time of application with a High School Diploma or GED equivalency.
  • One year of league supervision and score-keeping experience required.
