Student Worker (Game Day Crew)

The Regent Royals Game Day Crew will fulfill various responsibilities to ensure successful operations for all Regent Athletics home games during the 2026-2027 athletic year. The teams/sports include Men and Women's Soccer, Men and Women's Volleyball, Men and Women's Basketball, Baseball, Softball, XCTF, and Beach Volleyball. Members of the Royals Game Day Crew will be trained in various roles to allow flexibility in responsibilities and scheduling.
Responsibilities:
  • Periodic training and meetings attendance required
  • Pregame preparations in the Athletics office and on-site game set-up
  • Game entrance/welcome coordination
  • Score keeping and scoreboard operation
  • Statistics Operations
  • Visiting team and Home team support
  • Halftime/in-game special events and competition coordination
  • Concessions and Regent gear sales
  • Post-game tear down

Requirements:
  • Must be responsible, reliable, and punctual
  • Knowledge of designated sports is preferred
