Job description

Splitit USA Inc seeks a Finance Systems & Operations Manager in Atlanta, GA.
DUTIES: Perform system administration tasks, including user management, configuration changes, and system customization. Create and manage workflows to automate financial and accounting business processes, improving overall system efficiency. Process and administer day-to-day funding runs in NetSuite. Develop and maintain SuiteQL queries for data extraction and manipulation, with a focus on financial data. Provide first line of support for the Finance team for all NetSuite & Zone advanced billing issues. Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including products and research & development, to understand business requirements and translate them into effective NetSuite solutions. Liaise with third-party NetSuite consultants on development projects. Stay informed and apply NetSuite updates, best practices, and industry trends, especially those related to financial and accounting functionalities. Perform ad hoc finance and accounting tasks. Remote work may be permitted within a commutable distance from the worksite.
REQUIREMENTS: Bachelor's degree or foreign equivalent in Computer Science, Information Technology, Engineering (Any), or a related field, and five (5) years of experience in the job offered or in a related occupation. Five (5) years of experience must include: Performing NetSuite development and implementations, NetSuite SuiteCloud, SuiteScript, SuiteFlow, SuiteAnalytics or SuiteBuilder, Zone Billing Module; Coordinating activities related to the design and configuration of the web-bed automation system; Developing and deploying strategies, standards, methodologies, and best practices for implementation and maintenance of the automation system; and Creating custom administrative and quantitative reports for internal customers based on business requirements. 40 hrs./wk.
