What You’ll Do 

The Senior Brand Communications Manager serves as the strategic communication leader for an assigned group of Melaleuca brands. This role is responsible for bringing brands to life through compelling messaging, integrated campaigns, and member focused activation strategies that strengthen engagement, increase product adoption, and drive shopping across all of Melaleuca’s product categories. 


Working closely with Brand Innovation, Creative, Digital, Sales, and International Marketing teams, the Senior Brand Communications Manager translates product strategy into impactful brand communication that inspires trial, builds loyalty, and encourages members to engage across multiple product categories. This role requires a strong blend of strategic thinking, storytelling, consumer insight, and cross functional leadership. 

  • Lead brand communication strategy:Own the messaging and activation strategy for assigned brands, ensuring consistency across campaigns, channels, and member touchpoints. 
  • Drive member engagement and category growth:Develop communication strategies that encourage members to explore additional product categories, increase basket size, and strengthen long term loyalty to the Melaleuca shopping experience. 
  • Lead integrated brand activation:Develop and execute campaigns that support product launches, promotions, seasonal initiatives, sampling programs, and member engagement efforts across multiple communication channels. 
  • Partner with Brand Innovation:Collaborate closely with Innovation and Product teams to translate product benefits, scientific claims, and positioning into clear and compelling member communication. 
  • Guidego-to-market communication: Lead cross functional planning and execution for product launches and campaigns across digital, print, social, video, events, and sales support channels. 
  • Increase product trial and repeat purchase:Create communication strategies that drive sampling, first purchase conversion, cross category shopping, and long-term product adoption. 
  • Collaborate with the Brand Communications team and Creative partners:Provide strategic direction and messaging leadership to ensure communication assets align with brand positioning, business priorities, and member needs. 
  • Leverage insights and performance data:Analyze campaign results, member behavior, and market trends to optimize communication effectiveness and improve activation strategies. 
  • Support global brand consistency:Partner with International Marketing teams to ensure communication strategies can scale effectively across markets while maintaining message integrity. 
  • Champion the member experience:Ensure every communication touchpoint reinforces Melaleuca’s mission, wellness leadership, and differentiated membership-based shopping club model. 
  • Team Leadership:Manage and mentor a team of communications professionals, including coaching, performance development, and alignment of strategic communication initiatives across the organization. 

What You Bring 

  • Education:Bachelor’s degree in marketing, Communications, Business, or related field. 
  • Experience:5+ years of experience in brand marketing, brand communications, consumer engagement, or integrated marketing within consumer products, wellness, personal care, nutrition, retail, or direct to consumer environments. 
  • Strategic communicationexpertise: Strong understanding of brand positioning, campaign development, storytelling, and consumer messaging strategy. 
  • Brand activation mindset:Experience developing integrated campaigns that drive engagement, product trial, repeat purchase, and cross category shopping behavior. 
  • Consumer and member focus:Ability to translate consumer insights and product benefits into compelling communication that increases loyalty, share of wallet, and long-term engagement. 
  • Cross functional leadership:Proven ability to collaborate effectively with Creative, Digital, Product Development, Sales, and International teams. 
  • Analytical strength:Ability to evaluate campaign performance and use data driven insights to improve communication effectiveness and member engagement outcomes. 
  • Communication skills:Exceptional written, verbal, and presentation skills with the ability to influence across all levels of the organization. 
  • Adaptability and ownership:Comfortable managing multiple priorities in a fast paced, highly collaborative environment.
