Program Coordinator (full time) Job Responsibilities:
  1. Qualified candidates must be able to oversee all daily operation of treatment and supported living facility. This is a salaried position that will require some night and weekends.
  2. Ongoing development and implementation of an assigned programs curriculum, daily schedule, activities, support and structure.
  3. Hiring and training Support Staff of various titles and responsibilities.
  4. Supervision of all employees associated with the program.
  5. Ensuring compliance with all of WCA's policies and procedures as well as program specific guidelines and expectations.
  6. Ensuring labor hours stay within a projected budget based on staff/student ratios.
  7. Safeguarding program integrity and quality of care by holding employees accountable and implementing corrective action plans as necessary.
  8. Responsible for the program budget including budget projection, expenditure, monitoring, and evaluating future needs.
  9. Providing weekly phone call updates to the parents/guardians.
  10. Completing Employee Performance Evaluations.
  11. Attending and participating in a variety of events throughout the year and potentially scheduled during off hours, evenings, and weekends e.g., School events, Graduations, Family Workshops, Trainings, Conferences, etc.
