Annual Stipend Position

2026-2027 School Year

Title: ESEA School Improvement Leader (Grades 1-5) - AAA

Qualifications:

  • Currently employed by Long Branch Public Schools
  • Valid New Jersey Instructional Certificate in Elementary Education/Elementary Education

Reports To: Office of Grants

Job Goal: To complete the yearly ESSA grant by gathering data, implementing interventions, monitoring programs, and ordering of materials for ESSA.

Performance Responsibilities:

  1. Responsible for gathering the data and monitoring the data throughout the year
  2. Responsible for uploading all information to NJDOE homeroom
  3. Responsible for ordering materials, speakers, and food allotted in the ESSA funding
  4. Responsible for monitoring any programs supporting the ESSA goals
  5. Responsible for parent engagement night
  6. Responsible for collaboration of a school ESSA team that consists of the head reading and head math coach.

Rate: $2,700 annual
