Job description

Scheduler โ€“ Construction/Trades

Location: Prairie du Sac, WI | Direct-Hire | Pay: $40,000โ€“$45,000/year

A growing, family-owned construction company that's well-established in its industry is looking for a Scheduler to keep its crews and projects moving. This is a great fit for someone who's organized, doesn't rattle easily, and likes juggling a lot of moving pieces at once.

What you'll do:

  • Coordinate daily and weekly schedules for field crews, subcontractors, and equipment
  • Communicate with project managers and clients on timelines and changes
  • Adjust schedules on the fly when weather, materials, or delays throw things off
  • Track project progress and flag scheduling conflicts before they become problems
  • Keep accurate records in the scheduling software

What they're looking for:

  • 1+ years of scheduling, dispatch, or coordination experience (construction/trades a plus, not required)
  • Strong communication skills โ€” comfortable talking with crews and clients alike
  • Someone who can stay calm and think on their feet when plans change
  • Proficiency with Microsoft Office; experience with scheduling software a plus

Why this role:

  • Family owned and operated for 40 + years, with a real focus on quality products and service
  • Close-knit office that treats each other like family
  • Flexible with their people โ€” they get it when a kid's sick or has a game
  • Relaxed environment, jeans are the dress code
  • Incredible longevity on the team โ€” a lot of folks have been there 15 to 30 years
