Day to day as a Campus Scheduler
As a Full-Time Campus Scheduler at Four Winds Manor, Inc. in Verona, WI, you will take on a pivotal role in schedule creation and management, developing and maintaining master schedules to ensure that each shift is adequately staffed with front-line care personnel. Your skills in conflict resolution will be vital in handling last-minute changes, call-offs, and shift swaps to maintain seamless operations. In addition, you will review and approve staff requests for time off, ensuring compliance with labor laws and facility policies.
Accurate record-keeping of staff attendance and schedule changes will be part of your daily responsibilities. You will serve as the communication bridge for front-line care staff, addressing scheduling concerns and relaying staffing needs to leadership.
