An established fast-casual restaurant group is seeking experienced General Managers to lead high-volume locations across South Florida. This is a true hands-on leadership position for someone who believes in leading from the front, working alongside the team during every shift, and setting the standard through action. If you're self-motivated, driven, and take pride in building strong teams and delivering exceptional guest experiences, we'd like to speak with you.


What You'll Do


  • Oversee all aspects of daily restaurant operations.
  • Lead by example, working side-by-side with your team during peak service periods.
  • Recruit, hire, train, coach, and develop hourly team members and leaders.
  • Drive sales while managing labor, food cost, and overall restaurant profitability.
  • Ensure consistent execution of food quality, cleanliness, and guest service standards.
  • Maintain compliance with all food safety and operational procedures.
  • Create schedules, manage staffing levels, and build a culture of accountability.
  • Develop future leaders through ongoing coaching and performance management.


What We're Looking For


  • Previous experience as a General Manager or strong Assistant General Manager in a high-volume restaurant environment.
  • A hands-on operator who is comfortable jumping into any position when the business demands it.
  • Self-motivated, dependable, and driven to achieve results.
  • Strong leadership skills with the ability to inspire, coach, and retain top talent.
  • Experience managing restaurant financials, including labor, food cost, and P&L performance.
