Fremont Dental Group is seeking an enthusiastic, compassionate, and bilingual Scheduling Coordinator/Receptionist to join our growing team! We are a busy, patient-centered dental practice that prides itself on creating a warm, welcoming environment for every patient who walks through our doors.

We're looking for someone who loves helping people, thrives in a fast-paced environment, and enjoys being the friendly face and voice of our practice. If you're naturally outgoing, organized, and able to juggle multiple tasks while keeping a smile on your face, we'd love to meet you!

What You'll Do

As our Scheduling Coordinator, you'll play an important role in creating an exceptional patient experience by:

  • Greeting patients with warmth and professionalism
  • Answering incoming phone calls and scheduling appointments
  • Coordinating patient schedules efficiently
  • Verifying insurance and processing insurance claims
  • Collecting and processing patient payments
  • Assisting patients with paperwork and forms
  • Maintaining accurate patient records
  • Communicating effectively with patients and team members in both English and Spanish
  • Supporting the front office with additional administrative duties as needed

What We're Looking For

Our ideal candidate is someone who:

  • Is fluent in both English and Spanish (required)
  • Has a warm, positive, and outgoing personality
  • Enjoys building relationships with patients and making them feel welcome
  • Can multitask and stay organized in a busy office
  • Thinks quickly and problem-solves with confidence
  • Is dependable, reliable, and eager to learn
  • Has excellent customer service and communication skills
  • Works well both independently and as part of a team
  • Knowledge of Open Dental software is a plus

Dental experience is preferred, but not required. We are happy to train the right candidate who brings a great attitude, strong work ethic, and a genuine passion for helping others.

Experience in a dental, medical, or other healthcare office is a plus.

  • Full-time
  • Office Hours
    • Monday-Thursday, 7am-4pm
    • Friday, 7am-2pm
  • No weekends
