About us: Willow Crossing Health and Rehabilitation is a skilled nursing facility located in Columbus, Indiana. Willow Crossing Health and Rehabilitation is seeking a compassionate scheduling coordinator to become a part of our team where our primary goal is to provide exceptional care to our residents.
About the Role: Willow Crossing Health and Rehabilitation is seeking a Scheduling Coordinator to-
  • Prepare and maintain schedules and records for nursing department staff
  • Must be knowledgeable of staffing patterns and ensure staffing coverage is maintained
  • Replace staff call-ins and call-offs
  • Schedule requested days off, vacations, sick time, etc., under the direction and approval of Director of Nursing
  • Coordinate records of absenteeism, requests, schedules, etc. with DON and Payroll depart.
  • Maintain communication with DON at all times about all areas
  • Nursing floor duties as allowed

About you: The ideal candidate would have the following skills and experience:
  • Qualified Medical Aide or Certified Nurse Assistant in the state of Indiana.
