You're not just filling shifts. You're creating peace of mind.

At Freedom Village at Brandywine, our Innovative Home Services (IHS) team helps residents maintain independence, dignity, and quality of life in the place they call home. Behind every successful care visit is a Scheduler who knows how to balance people, priorities, and compassionate service.

If you're the type of person who thrives on solving puzzles, building relationships, thinking on your feet, and making a real difference every day, this could be the perfect role for you.

calm and positive when priorities shift

Enjoys building strong relationships with residents, families, and team members

Has strong communication and customer service skills

Can balance multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment

Is highly dependable and takes ownership of results

Wants to make a meaningful difference in the lives of older adults

Qualifications

High school diploma or GED required.

       Previous scheduling experience strongly preferred.

Experience in home care, healthcare, senior living, private duty, or a related field is a plus.

CPR certification preferred (or ability to obtain after hire).

Valid driver's license and auto insurance if providing transportation.

Strong computer skills, including Microsoft Office and scheduling software.

Excellent organizational, communication, and time management skills.

Ability to work flexible hours, including occasional evenings, weekends, and on-call responsibilities.

Why Join Freedom Village at Brandywine?

When you work here, you're surrounded by incredible stories, meaningful relationships, and a team that's passionate about serving others.
