Scanning Specialist / Document Processor:
• Sorting and distributing incoming mail, as well as preparing documents for scanning.
• Operating scanning machines to convert paper files into electronic format efficiently.
• Managing outgoing mail and archiving documents according to established schedules.
This job might be an outstanding fit if you:
• Have a high school diploma or equivalent; 1-2 years of related experience is preferred.
• Prior experience in document scanning in a fast-paced environment
• Are proficient with computers, Windows Explorer, Microsoft Office, and Adobe Acrobat.
• Can occasionally lift and/or move up to 25 pounds and possess strong visual abilities.
