Job description

We are looking for a detail-oriented Title Clerk to support a fast-paced title office in West Des Moines, Iowa. This Contract position is ideal for someone with strong clerical ability who can manage administrative tasks accurately while providing responsive service. The person in this role will help coordinate title-related order processing, maintain organized records, and ensure information is entered and distributed in a timely manner.


Responsibilities:

• Enter incoming title orders into company systems with a high level of accuracy and completeness.

• Coordinate the release of orders to outside vendors and follow up as needed to keep work moving efficiently.

• Review documents for completeness and organize files so records are easy to access and track.

• Scan, upload, and maintain digital copies of title-related paperwork in accordance with office procedures.
