Position Responsibilities:

  • Greet every patient with empathy, a smile and enthusiasm

  • Check in patients in an accurate, timely, and professional manner

  • Assist patients with completing all necessary forms

  • Verify and update patient records

  • Ability to have difficult conversations

  • Schedule follow-up appointments

  • Follow cash handling guidelines and procedures

  • Collect fees from patients and process payments

  • Facilitate timely and accurate flow of communication with clinical staff

  • Fax and scan documents

  • Correspond with other professional offices

  • Maintain the office's presentation by organizing and cleaning the space
