Job description

Admins (Document Scanners)

Marathon TS is seeking a team of Admins (Document Scanners) to support the Department of Homeland Security - Federal Emergency Management Agency (Client - FEMA) on a 1 + year contract basis. All candidates should have the following experience: Experience Microsoft Office Suite, Experience with Excel, Experience with Word, Good communication skills, Experience working in a team environment.

What you will be doing:

  1. Creating digital images from paper copies of maps (in the hundreds of thousands that need to be digitized)
  2. Uploading documents from discs and CDs to a Client Database
  3. Providing quality control on existing files
  4. Making sure no sensitive information is included in any scans and redacting files that do contain financial and personal data
