Navy ERP Consultants I, II & III – SAP Finance/Controlling - FI/CO How You Will Make an Impact:

You will play a critical role in advancing Navaide’s mission of driving transformational change for our clients. Your work will directly contribute to improving the efficiency, security, and innovation of systems that matter most to our nation. This role requires proactive problem-solving, cross-functional collaboration, and a commitment to delivering excellence in high-stakes environments. Navaide is currently seeking candidates at all levels in support of an SAP sustainment project with a US Navy client.

Relevant Skills and Experience:

Qualified candidates will be exposed to the Navy Enterprise Resource Planning (ERP) ecosystem, trained in Navy ERP/SAP implementation methodologies, and mentored in various areas of consulting. We are seeing exceptional growth and are looking for driven candidates that thrive in a fast-paced and evolving environment. Strong interpersonal, communication, active listening, assertiveness, negotiation, conflict resolution skills. Sharp, motivated, aligned to Navaide's Vision, Mission, and Core Principles. Strong experience with Microsoft Office software suite (Excel, Word, PowerPoint, Project, Visio, Teams, SharePoint, OneDrive). Navy ERP/SAP experience is preferred but not required Navy/DoD financial experience is preferred but not required.

Security Clearance:

Candidates must possess, or be eligible to receive, US DoD Security Clearance.

Travel:

Candidates must be willing to travel approx. 25% within the continental United States of America.

Duties & Responsibilities:

Provide sustainment support across various functional and technical areas of Navy ERP/SAP Support Business Processes Reengineering (BPR) initiatives such as As-is / To-be Process Mapping, Business Rules and Handbook development. Delivering presentations, trainings, demonstrations, leading/facilitating meetings with stakeholders at various levels of the organization. Development of Desk Guides, Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs), Policies, Guidance Project management support such as scheduling, resourcing, forecasting, risk management, configuration control Analysis of information, interpretation and drafting of technical documentation.

Education:

Bachelor's Degree from accredited college or university in Accounting, Finance, Computer Science, Engineering, Mathematics, or Information Systems.

Must be eligible to receive a US DOD clearance.
