Job Title: SAP Security Consultant
Location: New Jersey (Hybrid/Onsite)
Duration: Long-Term Contract

Job Description:

We are seeking an experienced SAP Security Consultant to join our team in New Jersey. The ideal candidate will have strong expertise in SAP Security administration, role design, user provisioning, GRC, and compliance across multiple SAP environments.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Design, build, and maintain SAP security roles and authorizations.
  • Perform user administration, including user creation, modification, lock/unlock, and deletion.
  • Manage role assignments and ensure compliance with organizational security policies.
  • Support SAP GRC Access Control, Segregation of Duties (SoD), and risk analysis.
  • Troubleshoot authorization issues and provide timely resolution.
  • Conduct periodic user access reviews and security audits.
  • Collaborate with functional and technical teams to implement secure SAP solutions.
  • Support SAP system upgrades, migrations, and security remediation activities.
  • Develop and maintain security documentation, procedures, and audit reports.
  • Ensure compliance with internal controls and regulatory requirements.

Required Skills:

  • 7+ years of experience in SAP Security and Authorization.
  • Hands-on experience with SAP ECC, S/4HANA, BW, CRM, Fiori, and SAP GRC.
  • Strong knowledge of role design, profile generation, authorization objects, and user administration.
  • Experience with SAP GRC Access Control, Access Risk Analysis (ARA), and Emergency Access Management (EAM).
  • Experience in SAP Fiori security, OData services, and Launchpad authorization.
  • Strong understanding of Segregation of Duties (SoD) and compliance frameworks.
  • Experience supporting SAP audits and compliance initiatives.
  • Excellent analytical, troubleshooting, and communication skills.
  • Ability to work effectively with cross-functional teams.

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Experience with SAP BTP Security is a plus.
  • SAP Security and/or SAP GRC certification is preferred.
  • Experience in the pharmaceutical, healthcare, manufacturing, or retail industry is an advantage.
  • Bachelor''s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.
