Position Overview

We are seeking a detail-oriented and organized Recruitment Administrator to support the hiring process in a fast-paced environment. This part-time role (30 hours/week) is ideal for someone who enjoys coordination, working with people, and keeping recruiting operations running smoothly behind the scenes.

Recruitment Administrator Key Responsibilities
  • Schedule and coordinate interviews with candidates and hiring managers
  • The Recruitment Administrator will post and maintain job openings across recruiting platforms
  • Assist with resume screening and candidate communications
  • Maintain and update applicant tracking systems (ATS)
  • The Recruitment Administrator will support onboarding tasks and new hire documentation
  • Process background checks, references, and hiring paperwork
