H&A is currently serving 16 major auto manufacturersnationwideand in Canada.
The HR Operations Administrator is responsible for supporting the department's operational processing and data integrity through high-volume transaction execution, employee records remediation, and reporting. This role manages and maintains employee data across HR systems, performs audits to ensure accuracy and compliance, and executes standardized processes to support organizational changes and ongoing HR operations. Job Requirements Responsibilities
  • Lead the remediation, organization, and standardization of electronic and paper employee records, including retention tracking and audit readiness.
  • Execute high-volume HR transactions and maintain accurate employee data in HR systems, including job, status, reporting, and organizational updates.
  • Manage HR operational workflows, including corrective action tracking, mail processing, document management, and digital filing.
  • Perform data audits and reconciliations to ensure accuracy, completeness, and alignment across systems and documentation.
  • Produce recurring and ad hoc operational reports and support data requests for the HR team and leadership.
  • Support organizational changes and HR system readiness activities as needed.

Qualifications
  • High school diploma required; some college preferred
  • 3+ years of HR operations, HRIS, or high-volume HR administrative experience
  • Hands-on Paylocity experience required and experience with additional HRIS platforms strongly preferred
  • Strong Excel skills for data tracking, reconciliation, and reporting
  • Demonstrated experience working with employee records and confidential data
  • Proven ability to execute work quickly and accurately with minimal supervision
  • Strong attention to detail with the ability to manage large volumes of repetitive processes
  • Working knowledge of employee lifecycle transactions and HR documentation practices
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills
