We are seeking an experienced General Accounting Data Processor (Accounts Receivable & Accounts Payable). This role requires strong AR/AP expertise, hands-on SAP data processing experience, and the ability to manage high-volume financial data entry with accuracy and efficiency.

Role and Responsibilities

  • Assist in processing AR and AP transactions, ensuring accuracy and timeliness.
  • Support SAP data entry for payments, invoices, reconciliations, and journal entries.
  • Assist in reconciling bank accounts and maintaining the integrity of financial data.
  • Collaborate with finance, treasury, and project teams to support operational stability.
  • Help identify, escalate, and resolve discrepancies or transactional issues.
  • Maintain proper documentation and audit trails in compliance with accounting policies.

Skills and Qualifications

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field.
  • 2-3 years of experience in General Accounting, with a focus on Accounts Receivable (AR) and Accounts Payable (AP).
  • Proficiency in SAP (FI/CO or equivalent modules) or other ERP systems is preferred.
  • Strong attention to detail and problem-solving skills.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced, project-driven environment.
  • Basic knowledge of corporate treasury processes is a plus.
  • AICPA certification is not required but is considered a plus.
