EXCLUSIVE DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES
  • Collection of urine and oral drug screens
  • Entering data regarding collections into LIS system or by paper requisition
  • Insuring all paperwork pertaining to collections are completed properly by the collector and donor at the time of the collection
  • Customer relations including; interactions with donors, exchanges with clients requesting collections, and communications with Truetox Laboratories' staff
  • Responsible for ensuring all paperwork and samples are secured in the designated areas
  • Responsible for immediately reporting any incidences that would hinder the ability to successfully complete a collection to the Office Manager
EXPEREINCE & REQUIRED SKILLS
  • Ability to write short correspondence; good typing skills are mandatory
  • Excellent communication skill are required
  • Must have the ability to comprehend instructions in several forms; written, oral, or diagram
  • Ability to deal with problems involving several concrete variables in standardized situations
