Job description

SUMMARY
The Benefit Resource Group Analyst provides key administrative support involving client written and verbal communications, client filing, compliance, and client data management.  

EXPECTED CONTRIBUTIONS
    Responsible for reviewing and tracking Consulting Service Agreements with the purpose of creating and distributing monthly client invoices. 
    Assist core teams with invoice creation for all vendor and third-party invoices requests.  
    Provide accurate data to the core teams related to invoice payments and outstanding invoices. 
    Responsible for the audio creation of Brainshark presentations and assisting core teams in the creation process.  
    Assist core teams with the following BRG services: new client onboarding, termination of clients, compliance documentation, medical actuarial value calculations, network analysis, and document compare requests.    
    Maintain accurate client records in all Lockton Databases. Perform system updates and audits as needed. 
    Manage revenue in suspense, identify where client revenue belongs, and problem solve where required.
    Responsible for reviewing and responding to direct email requests as submitted to the BRG inbox.

Compensation and Benefits

Lockton Companies LLC is committed to offering competitive pay and benefits and complies with all relevant state/local pay transparency laws. The entry base salary offered for this opportunity may vary, and is contingent upon candidate education, skills, abilities, essential competencies, experience, professional designations, unique qualifications, and geographic location.

Performance Bonus: This role may be eligible for an annual performance bonus, based upon the financial performance of the organization and the individual contributions of the Associate.

QUALIFICATIONS
    Advanced knowledge of Microsoft products, Excel being a priority
   Ability and willingness to complete moderately complex mathematical calculations including Excel formulas and ability to determine reasonability of final product
    Highly effective communication skills (both verbal and written)
    Organizational and time management skills desired to effectively prioritize various projects containing time sensitive deadlines
    Provides high-quality service; understands and demonstrates ability/desire to "out-perform, out-deliver and be out-in-front"
    Work comfortably within the team but is flexible to adapt and work independently
    Ability to understand when to proceed alone and when to involve others
