We're looking for a responsible and skilled Customer Service Representative to join our team. This role is a pivotal team member with a comprehensive understanding of our service offers. They are the first point of contact for our customers, ensuring a seamless service experience.

WHAT YOU WILL GET TO DO
As a Customer Service Representative at Cemex, your daily responsibilities will include:
  • Customer Service: Efficiently process customer orders and credit card transactions through our centralized call system. Manage a high volume of calls with a focus on service excellence.
  • Collaboration: Collaborate with quality control, sales, and production teams to guarantee timely delivery and service of products.
  • Support: Address customer inquiries, providing accurate information and solutions.
  • Process overview: Willingness to spend time observing the production process at facilities or jobsite to get product knowledge.

  • Educational and Licensing Requirements: High School Diploma.
