About the job WFH - Customer Service Rep
Who We Are
We partner with unions, credit unions, and associations across the US to provide their members with long-term benefit programs designed to protect their families. Our work is centered around supporting everyday people and helping them secure coverage they can rely on.
As we continue to expand, we're looking for individuals who are motivated, dependable, and enjoy working with people.
What You'll Do
You'll connect with families who are eligible for benefits and walk them through their options in a clear, straightforward way. This role is fully remote and focused on delivering a smooth, professional client experience.

  • Meet with clients over Zoom to review available benefits
  • Accurately complete and manage all documentation
  • Maintain ongoing communication and follow-ups with clients
  • Work with your team to improve efficiency and overall service
What You Bring
  • Legally able to work in Canada/USA
  • High school diploma or equivalent
  • Previous experience in customer service or working with clients is an asset
