Position Title: Salesforce Agentforce SME – Service Cloud - Copado Location: Dallas, TX – Hybrid Employment Type: Contract on W2 only Duration: 12 plus months with possible extension

Job Summary

We are seeking an experienced Salesforce Agentforce SME with strong expertise in Salesforce Service Cloud. The ideal candidate will have hands-on experience designing, implementing, and optimizing AI-powered Salesforce solutions using Agentforce, along with a strong understanding of Service Cloud capabilities and customer service workflows.

Required Qualifications

  • Strong hands-on experience with Salesforce Agentforce implementations.and related AI capabilities.
  • 8+ years of overall Salesforce experience.
  • Extensive experience with Salesforce Service Cloud.
  • Strong understanding of Salesforce platform architecture, configuration, and customization.
  • Experience implementing Salesforce solutions for complex enterprise environments.
  • Knowledge of Salesforce automation tools, integrations, security, and data management.
  • Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
  • Ability to work independently as an SME and collaborate effectively with distributed teams.

Nice to Have

  • Experience with Copado for Salesforce DevOps, CI/CD, release management, and deployment automation.
  • Salesforce certifications such as Salesforce Certified Service Cloud Consultant, Salesforce Administrator, or relevant Agentforce/AI credentials.
  • Experience with Salesforce AI, Data Cloud, Einstein capabilities, or related Salesforce technologies.
