Job description

Role Overview:
This role is for a Salesforce Business Analyst based in Dallas, focusing on delivering CRM solutions within the banking and financial services sector. The position requires hands-on experience with Salesforce implementation, including Financial Service Cloud and Experience Cloud, and involves defining system landscapes, identifying gaps, and leading technology-enabled business solutions.
Key Responsibilities:
  • Execute quick Proof of Concepts (POCs).
  • Write user stories aligning to product capabilities of Financial Service Cloud and Experience Cloud.
  • Perform hands-on work on existing Salesforce implementations.
  • Lead the definition and implementation of practical business solutions based on Salesforce.com technology, including executive discovery sessions.
  • Understand functional and technical requirements to address client needs.
  • Perform routine administration functions for Salesforce.com.
  • Create documentation (e.g., training, communications, release notes, user stories, test scripts, process flows) associated with Salesforce projects.
  • Actively coordinate and participate in System Integration Testing (SIT) and User Acceptance Testing (UAT).
  • Coordinate with business and IT stakeholders.
  • Facilitate onsite-offshore coordination.
  • Report regular progress on projects.
  • Develop testing and training strategies.

Required Skills:
  • Local to Dallas and required to work onsite.
  • Sales and service certifications are required.
  • Banking and financial services experience is preferred.
