Job description

Salesforce Implementation Project Manager – Contract ~18 Months

We are partnering with a well-established local organization on an exciting Salesforce Cloud implementation. This is a meaningful, high-visibility engagement with strong leadership support and a collaborative team. We are looking for an experienced Salesforce Implementation Project Manager to serve as the client''s representative – sitting between the internal project team and the implementation partner, keeping delivery on track, and ensuring organizational priorities are reflected every step of the way.

What You''ll Be Doing
  • Own day-to-day coordination and delivery oversight from kickoff through MVP go-live
  • Manage the working relationship with the implementation partner and hold them accountable in a collaborative, constructive way
  • Ensure the right stakeholders are in the right meetings at the right times
  • Track action items, follow-through, and project cadence
  • Facilitate MVP roadmap and prioritization conversations with leadership and the implementation partner
  • Coordinate UAT cycles and iterative demos across internal teams and key stakeholders
  • Keep leadership informed and aligned through regular reporting and steering committee participation
  • Support a clean handoff to the internal team that will own the platform post go-live
What We''re Looking For
  • 5+ years of project or program management experience in enterprise technology implementations
  • Multiple Salesforce implementations under your belt with at least one taken from kickoff through go-live
  • Service Cloud experience strongly preferred
  • Experience managing an SI or implementation partner relationship from the client side
  • Comfortable in agile and hybrid delivery environments
  • Strong communicator across working team, director, and executive levels
  • Salesforce certifications a plus but not required

  • Contract duration: approximately 18 months
  • Hybrid – average two to three days on site per week with flexibility based on project phase
