Job Summary:
Mindlance is seeking a highly experienced Salesforce Architect to join their Enterprise Architecture Team. The role focuses on providing guidance and oversight on Salesforce solutions and integration projects, ensuring alignment with business objectives and best practices.
Responsibilities:
• Design Salesforce architecture solutions spanning business processes, hardware, operating systems, applications, networking environments, and platforms.
• Develop Salesforce technical frameworks and components that address common needs and can potentially be leveraged enterprise wide.
• Lead and collaborate with a solution integrator to design, develop, and implement a Salesforce solution, using Salesforce components, including Public Sector Solutions, experience Cloud, Service Cloud, ensuring they align with client requirement and Salesforce best practices.
• Responsible for providing Salesforce technical architecture leadership.
• Work closely with the Enterprise Applications Support team to architect Salesforce solutions across the current Salesforce implementation, legacy platforms, and net new development.

• Present facts and recommendations effectively in both oral and written form.
• Consult with business leadership to develop and maintain an architecture design in alignment with business strategy and objectives.
• Consult with infrastructure teams, applications teams, data architects, security architects, and strategic partners to create an architecture accommodating the business strategy.
• Conduct vendor code reviews, enforce coding standards, and mentor junior developers to maintain high- quality code.
• Review and lead technical design and provide architecture insight/recommendations on proposed feature additions.

• Articulate and present point of views on Salesforce product releases, roadmap features and their fit to IEE implementations.
