  • Provide architectural guidance on customer engagement, agent portals, self-service platforms, and digital transformation initiatives.
  • Advocate for Salesforce best practices, governance, and security standards.
  • Engage with Enterprise Architecture and influence enterprise recommendations and direction.

Integration & Data Strategy

  • Define data migration strategies, ensuring seamless transition from legacy CRM or policy systems.
  • Implement secure and compliant API integrations with core insurance platforms, banking systems, and external services.
  • Work closely with enterprise data architects to ensure data consistency, reporting accuracy, and regulatory compliance.

Security & Compliance

  • Ensure solutions comply with insurance industry regulations (e.g., GDPR, HIPAA, FINRA, KYC, AML).
  • Implement role-based security, encryption, and access controls to protect sensitive client and policyholder data.
  • Work with compliance teams to align Salesforce capabilities with industry security requirements.
