As a key member of our team, you will play a vital role in shaping the future of our ESaaS platform, ensuring its success and growth. Your expertise will be instrumental in delivering innovative solutions and enhancing our client's experience.
Responsibilities
  • Lead and mentor a team of Salesforce developers, providing technical guidance and support.
  • Design and develop robust Salesforce solutions, including Apex code, triggers, and LWC (if applicable).
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to understand business requirements and translate them into technical solutions.
  • Ensure code quality, performance, and scalability by implementing best practices and conducting code reviews.
  • Troubleshoot and resolve complex issues related to Salesforce implementation and integration.
  • Stay updated with the latest Salesforce releases and technologies, and recommend improvements.
  • Document and maintain technical specifications and system designs.
  • Conduct user acceptance testing (UAT) and provide training to end-users as needed.
  • Work closely with the project manager to estimate efforts, manage timelines, and deliver projects on time.
