Job Description:

What It Means to Be a Consultant at Crowe
Consulting is a dynamic business focused on solving problems for our clients and serving our core markets through innovative solutions. As technology and AI continue to reshape the consulting landscape, we are looking for individuals who are curious, adaptable, and eager to learn. At Crowe, consultants are expected to build both technical and transferable skills, think critically, and use technology to solve real business problems. In this role, you will continuously learn, collaborate across teams, and explore how tools, including emerging AI capabilities, can improve efficiency, insights, and client outcomes.

As you grow, you'll also begin to take ownership of client relationships, contribute to account strategy, and support the delivery of high-impact work. Developing a sense of account leadership, including understanding client needs, ensuring delivery excellence, and building trusted partnerships, is part of what sets successful consultants apart.

Success in this role comes from a growth mindset, strong communication skills, advanced critical thinking, and the ability to navigate new challenges with confidence.

As an Implementation Consultant in Crowe's Consulting Practice, you will contribute to Salesforce project delivery, gaining hands-on experience with client requirements, solution design, and system configuration. You'll work closely with experienced consultants, project managers, and developers to support client needs and deliver high-quality solutions.

This is an excellent opportunity to start your career in consulting while building deep technical and business skills in the Salesforce ecosystem.

Crowe fosters a collaborative, insight-driven culture where your analytical mindset and creativity will have immediate and lasting impact. Our focus on emerging technology solutions, along with our commitment to internal career growth and exceptional client value, has resulted in a firm that is routinely recognized as a "Best Place to Work."

Responsibilities:

  • Attend client discovery sessions led by a senior consultant, actively listen, take detailed notes, and assist in documenting business needs, pain points, desired future state, and gaps in processes.

  • Translate discovery findings into user stories and acceptance criteria that clearly outline business and system requirements.

  • Support creation of project deliverables such as configuration guides, training materials, and solution documentation.

  • Collaborate with Analysts, Developers, and Consultants to help resolve questions and support progress.

  • Write test scripts for both internal testing and client end-to-end testing, and participate in executing and validating test results.

  • Assist in preparing status updates, client communications, and project tracking documents.

  • Shadow and support senior team members during client workshops, requirement sessions, and project meetings.

  • Over time, take ownership of build activities within Salesforce, including configuration (objects, fields, page layouts, automation, reports, dashboards, security settings) and assisting with integrations, under the guidance of senior consultants.

  • Gain hands-on experience with Salesforce best practices to deliver scalable, high-quality solutions across industries, with a particular focus on sales process optimization.

Skills & Requirements:

  • Actively work toward obtaining Salesforce certifications within the first year, including Salesforce Associate, Administrator, Platform App Builder, Sales Cloud Consultant, and Salesforce Certified Agentforce Specialist.

  • Rapidly upskill of the Salesforce platform and be eager to learn best practices, expanding your skills through training, certifications, and hands-on project work.

  • Work collaboratively within project teams while managing your assigned tasks with high quality.

  • Apply problem-solving and analytical thinking to contribute to client solutions.

  • Log your time and project work accurately.

  • Communicate clearly and professionally with team members and clients.

  • Stay flexible in supporting different roles on a project (e.g., assisting with analysis, configuration, documentation, or testing).

  • Participate actively in team culture, contribute ideas, and bring a positive, growth-oriented mindset.

  • Maintain a professional and proactive approach when receiving feedback, while being an approachable and collaborative resource for teammates.

  • Travel as necessary (less than 30%).

Education:

Currently pursuing a bachelor's or master's degree in the below areas or a comparable major:
