6–12 month Contract-to-Hire opportunity (must be open to full-time conversion).

Hybrid role – 4 days/week onsite in Rockleigh, NJ.

Must Have:

Salesforce Implementation with Sales and Service Cloud experience

Manufacturing and Supply Chain industry experience is required.

  • Lead a high-impact Salesforce implementation and enterprise integration program.
  • Manage Salesforce, middleware, and back-office system integrations.
  • Strong Project Management experience delivering large-scale IT initiatives.
  • Manufacturing and Supply Chain industry experience is required.
  • Proven experience managing Salesforce implementation projects.
  • Build and coordinate cross-functional teams across multiple locations, including India.
  • Partner closely with Sales, Marketing, Sales Operations, SAP, Salesforce, and implementation partners.
  • Excellent stakeholder management and executive communication skills.
  • Strong IT background with experience driving enterprise transformation projects.
  • Ability to coordinate multiple workstreams, manage risks, timelines, and project deliverables.
  • Experience working with third-party vendors and internal business teams.
  • PMP or equivalent Project Management certification is a plus.
