Job Summary:
We are seeking an experienced Salesforce Developer with expertise in Agentforce and AI-driven automation within the Salesforce ecosystem. The ideal candidate will design, develop, and implement intelligent Salesforce solutions leveraging Agentforce, Salesforce Einstein, and automation frameworks to enhance customer engagement, improve workflow efficiency, and drive enterprise productivity. The role requires strong hands-on experience in Salesforce development, AI agents, Apex, Lightning Web Components (LWC), integrations, and automation tools.

Key Responsibilities
  • Design and develop AI-powered Salesforce solutions using Agentforce and Salesforce Einstein.
  • Build and customize Salesforce applications using Apex, Lightning Web Components (LWC), and Visualforce.
  • Implement automation frameworks to streamline business workflows and improve operational efficiency.
  • Develop and integrate AI agents within the Salesforce platform to enhance customer service and engagement.
  • Create and maintain Salesforce integrations with external systems using REST/SOAP APIs.
  • Optimize Salesforce data models, workflows, and automation processes.
  • Collaborate with business stakeholders and technical teams to translate business requirements into scalable Salesforce solutions.
  • Troubleshoot and resolve issues related to Salesforce applications, integrations, and automation tools.
