Job description

Must Have Technical/Functional Skills
• 5+ years of experience as a Product Owner, Business Analyst, or Technical PM in Salesforce projects
• Strong understanding of Salesforce Sales Cloud, Service Cloud, Experience Cloud, Flows, Apex, and LWC
• Experience with Agile/Scrum, backlog management, user story writing, and acceptance criteria
• Knowledge of Salesforce integrations (REST/SOAP APIs, MuleSoft) and data migration concepts
• Familiarity with Salesforce Data Modeling, ETL/Data Migration, and Data Governance
• Experience with Generative AI/Agentic AI tools and Salesforce Einstein AI/Agentforce
• Salesforce Administrator certification (mandatory); Platform App Builder or Business Analyst certification preferred

• Own and prioritize the Salesforce product backlog, user stories, and acceptance criteria.
• Collaborate with business, architects, and development teams to deliver scalable Salesforce solutions.
