Job Description

The client is seeking a Lead Salesforce Developer to design, develop, and implement applications using Salesforce to support business requirements. Developer IV performs high complexity (i.e. system level applications) analysis, design, development and unit testing of software applications from user requirements and design documents. The candidate also resolves defects encountered during various testing cycles.

Requirements:

• 10+ years of hands-on Salesforce development experience.

• Proficiency in Apex, Visualforce, Lightning Web Components (LWC), and SOQL/SOSL.

• Experience with Salesforce APIs (REST/SOAP), OAuth, and integration patterns.

• Strong understanding of Salesforce architecture, including governor limits and security.

• Familiarity with CI/CD tools (e.g., Git, Jenkins, Salesforce DX).

• Experience with Agile/Scrum methodologies.

• Ability to translate business requirements into scalable technical solutions.

Certifications (Highly Preferred)

• Salesforce Platform Developer I & II - MUST

• Salesforce Application Architect or System Architect- MUST

• Salesforce Certified Integration Architecture Designer

• Salesforce Certified JavaScript Developer I (for LWC-heavy roles)
