  • 6+ years of experience
  • Strong Salesforce Service Cloud expertise (Cases, Omni-Channel, Knowledge, CTI integrations)
  • OmniStudio
  • AgentForce
  • Data Cloud
  • Lightning Web Components (LWC), Aura
  • Apex, SOQL, Salesforce APIs (REST/SOAP)
  • Strong UI/UX design capabilities (building modern, responsive frontends)
  • JavaScript, HTML, CSS fundamentals
  • Ability to work in a hybrid, pod-based team environment
