Job description

Senior Salesforce Developer
Irving, TX area | Direct Hire
W2 Only (No Sponsorship/C2C)

We're looking for a Senior Salesforce Engineer to serve as a hands-on technical leader across a complex, enterprise-scale Salesforce ecosystem. If you have deep expertise in LWC, APEX, Service Cloud, and Field Service Lightning — and a passion for AI-driven automation — we'd love to connect.

Responsibilities
  • Own end-to-end technical design for major Salesforce initiatives across Service Cloud, FSL, and integrated systems
  • Build and optimize complex components using LWC, Aura, APEX, async processing, and platform events
  • Lead Agentforce / AI agent development, embedding intelligent automation into service and field workflows
  • Architect integrations via REST/SOAP APIs, Platform Events, CDC, and middleware (MuleSoft)
  • Maintain CI/CD release pipelines using Gearset and Git-based workflows
  • Mentor junior and mid-level developers and partner with business stakeholders on technical direction

Required
  • Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field
  • 8+ years of hands-on Salesforce development in enterprise environments
  • Deep expertise in LWC/Aura, APEX, Service Cloud, FSL, and Salesforce DevOps
  • Strong command of data modeling, SOQL/SOSL, security/sharing model, and performance optimization
  • Proven ability to lead technical delivery and drive engineering standards

Preferred
  • Salesforce certifications (Platform Developer I & II, Service Cloud Consultant, FSL Consultant, Agentforce/Einstein)
  • Experience with Agentforce or AI-driven digital agent solutions
  • Background in field service, insurance, or related domains
  • Familiarity with MuleSoft, Boomi, or third-party integrations
