Job Title: Business Analyst with Salesforce experience
Location: Strongsville, OH / Phoenix, AZ / Dallas, TX / Pittsburgh, PA
Duration: Fulltime
Job Description: Business Analyst with Salesforce experience
Must Have Technical/Functional Skills
• Hands-on Salesforce experience (configuration, customization, reporting).
• Strong understanding of CRM processes, Salesforce Sales Cloud, and Service Cloud.
• Familiarity with Agile methodologies and tools like Jira or Confluence.
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
• Knowledge of data visualization tools (Tableau, Power BI).
• Exposure to integration tools (MuleSoft, Informatica).
Roles & Responsibilities
• Requirements Gathering & Analysis
o Collaborate with stakeholders to understand business needs and translate them into functional and technical requirements.
o Document AS-IS and TO-BE business process flows.
• Salesforce Solution Design
o Configure and customize Salesforce features (objects, fields, workflows, reports, dashboards).
o Recommend best practices for Salesforce usage and optimization.
• Project Execution
o Support end-to-end project lifecycle: requirement gathering, UAT, deployment, and post-implementation support.
o Coordinate and lead User Acceptance Testing (UAT) and defect tracking.
• Stakeholder Communication
o ct as a bridge between business teams and Salesforce developers/administrators.
o Prepare and present status reports and solution documentation.
• Data & Process Management
o Perform data analysis and ensure data integrity within Salesforce.
o Identify opportunities for process improvement and automation
Salary Range- $100,000-$125,000 a year
