  • 14+ years of overall software development experience, with 10 12 years dedicated exclusively to Salesforce architecture, design, and development.
  • Proven experience as lead or principal architect for large, multi-cloud Salesforce
    • programs.
  • Hands-on expertise across multiple Salesforce clouds, including:
    • Sales, Service, Revenue (CPQ/Billing), Experience
    • Marketing Cloud and/or Data Cloud
  • Strong understanding of Lead-to-Cash, Order-to-Cash, and subscription-based
    • business models.
  • Experience operating in global, multi-region environments with regulatory and data
    • constraints.
