Role: Salesforce Copado Release Engineer
Location: Charlotte, NC - Hybrid
Rate: Depends on experience 

*We are looking for U.S Citizens or Green Card Holders only
Salesforce Copado Release Engineer responsible for overseeing and streamlining deployment, release management and continuous delivery processes across multiple Salesforce environments.
Essential / Technical Skills:
• 8+ years of experience working with Salesforce in a DevOps or release-engineering capacity.
• 2+ years of hands-on Copado experience for Salesforce release management, version control and CI/CD automation.
• Proven expertise creating and maintaining CI/CD pipelines (GitLab, Bitbucket) and automation frameworks.
• Strong knowledge of Git version control, branching and merge strategies.
• Proficient at managing Salesforce metadata, sandbox refreshes and test-data seeding.
• Solid understanding of standard/custom objects, flows, triggers and Apex code on the Salesforce Platform.
Functional Skills:
• Plan and execute release cycles with minimal downtime and efficient rollback procedures.
• Implement and enforce change-control and governance processes that align with organizational policies and Salesforce best practices.
• Communicate release status, issues and impacts to developers, QA and business stakeholders.
Roles & Responsibilities:
1. Own end-to-end release management using Copado (deployments, user stories, version control).
2. Implement and maintain CI/CD pipelines for continuous integration and delivery.
3. Administer Copado (user permissions, pipeline configuration, monitoring deployments).
4. Track and resolve deployment issues, ensuring proper rollback and audit trails.
5. Manage multiple Salesforce environments (development, UAT, staging, production) including sandbox setup and data migration.
6. Continuously optimize release processes by automating manual steps and improving workflows.
