About the job
We are looking for a Senior Salesforce Developer to help design and build scalable, high-quality solutions on the Salesforce platform. This role goes beyond traditional development and sits at the intersection of platform engineering, enterprise integration, data systems, and AI-augmented development.
You will own end-to-end delivery of features, contribute to architecture decisions, and leverage Generative AI tools to improve development velocity and code quality.
Responsibilities
  • Design, develop, and maintain scalable Salesforce solutions using Apex, Lightning Web Components (LWC), and Flows
  • Build and manage integrations with enterprise systems using REST/SOAP APIs, Platform Events, and CDC
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to translate business requirements into technical solutions
  • Implement CI/CD pipelines, version control, and Salesforce DX-based development practices
  • Contribute to data migration initiatives including ETL/ELT design, validation, and reconciliation
  • Ensure platform scalability, performance, and adherence to Salesforce governor limits and best practices
  • Develop secure, compliant solutions aligned with enterprise governance and audit standards
  • Leverage Generative AI / Agentic AI tools for code generation, testing, and documentation
  • Participate in code reviews, architecture discussions, and agile ceremonies
  • Mentor junior developers and contribute to technical excellence across the team
Minimum qualifications
  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent practical experience
  • 4+ years of hands-on experience with Salesforce development
  • Strong experience with Apex, LWC, SOQL/SOSL, and Flows
  • Experience building integrations using REST/SOAP APIs
  • Experience with Git, CI/CD, and Salesforce DX
  • Salesforce Platform Developer I certification
Preferred qualifications
  • Experience with MuleSoft or enterprise middleware integrations
  • Exposure to Salesforce Data Cloud, Einstein AI, or Agentforce
  • Experience with data migration and ETL/ELT processes
  • Familiarity with regulated industries (utilities, energy, infrastructure)
