BlueWorld Pools has been in business since 1982. We’re one of the largest above-ground pool retailers in the United States, and we grow every year through national TV and internet advertising. We spend millions generating leads so our reps don’t have to. Commission-only sales experience is preferred but not required. We will send you to one of the best sales training classes, taught by the industry's top sales trainers.

We are currently expanding and looking for motivated 1099 Commissioned Sales Representatives to join our team. 

This sales position offers a strong earning opportunity - you will be selling above-ground pools to customers who are already credit pre-approved and ready to buy. There are no upfront costs or fees - we will never ask you for money at any point.

Every appointment we send you is with a customer who called us first. They are already credit pre-approved and ready to talk. You show up, present the product, and close the deal.

What Makes Us Unique

  • Average Closing Percentage: The average closing percentage company-wide is 40-50%. Targeting 5-6 sales per week for each of our active sales representatives.
  • Pay Ranges: We offer one of the most lucrative commission structures in the business! When you make a sale, we split the profit 50/50 with you. Most reps average $2,500 - $3,500 PER WEEK! (based on an average of 4 - 7 sales per week)
  • Bonuses: $25 Guaranteed Base Pay for every appointment you run. $100 Bonus for every financed sale & $150 Bonus for every cash sale.
  • This is a commission only sales role
  • Paid semi-monthly on the 5th and the 20th.
