This role is ideal for experienced Equity Sales Traders or Equity Derivatives professionals who are looking to step away from the traditional bulge bracket environment and join a platform offering a more entrepreneurial, intellectually engaging, and differentiated approach to the institutional marketplace.

Equity Sales Trader Requirements
  • 10+ years of experience in Equity Sales Trading, Electronic Trading, or Equity Derivatives Sales
  • Existing book of business and strong institutional buy-side relationships required
  • Demonstrated relationships with hedge funds, asset managers, family offices, or institutional investors
  • Proven ability to generate and monetize client relationships
  • Entrepreneurial mindset with interest in joining a high-growth platform
  • Strong communication and relationship-building skills
