  • Analytical ability - Able to effectively review information and data in order to identify issues and opportunities
  • Prioritizing: Operate in a fast-paced environment effectively managing competing priorities and responsibilities to meet critical deadlines.

Responsibilities:
  • Handling retail and advisory client orders, focusing on timely order entry with a focus on execution quality.
  • Monitoring adverse price movements (e.g., in 0DTE options) and ensuring proper, non-risky execution.
  • Continual search to improve routing strategy and technology to increase business while focusing on best execution

Qualifications & Skills:
  • Proven track record in options trading/execution.
  • Strong understanding of options pricing, volatility, and strategy, including credit spreads.
  • 3-7 years of experience trading Options
  • FINRA registrations- Series 7, 57, 4, -are strongly preferred or required within the first few months of employment.
  • The ability to process large amounts of complex data quickly to make informed real-time decisions.
  • Maintaining composure and decisiveness in fast-paced, high-stress environments.
  • Strong numerical skills for mental calculations and understanding complex financial problems.
  • Ability to clearly and succinctly convey market insights to stakeholders, portfolio managers, and clients.
