Acara Solutions is seeking a detail-oriented and customer-focused Sales Support Specialist to join our client's team in Cary, NC. This opportunity is ideal for professionals with experience in sales support, order management, customer service, or business operations who thrive in a fast-paced environment and enjoy collaborating across multiple teams.

In this role, you will support customer order processing and sales operations by ensuring accuracy, resolving issues, and partnering with internal stakeholders to deliver a high-quality customer experience.

About the Opportunity

As a Sales Support Specialist, you will play a key role in supporting the sales process from order entry through execution. You will work closely with customers, vendors, product teams, and internal departments to ensure seamless order management and operational excellence.

Key Responsibilities

* Prepare, review, process, and manage customer orders and revisions
* Verify order accuracy, completeness, and customer requirements
* Coordinate with customers and internal stakeholders to resolve order-related issues

* Support trade shows and field sales initiatives
* Contribute to process improvements and support project deliverables independently
