Job description

Position Title:             Sales Support Driver                          

Exempt Status:           Non Exempt

Accountable To:         Customer Experience Manager

Job Summary:             The Sales Support Driver aids our sales team in providing excellent customer service on a day-to-day basis. The Sales Support Driver will be responsible for safely operating a company van to make deliveries on an as – needed basis, all while creating meaningful relationships with our customers and sales team.

Duties/Responsibilities:

  • Safely operate a company van and deliver foodservice product to local restaurants, grocery stores, and businesses
  • Use clear and concise communication skills between customers and sales team
  • Provide outstanding customer service and adapt to varying personalities

Required Skills/ Abilities:

  • Must have valid driver’s license and clean driving record
  • Must be able to lift up to 90 lbs
  • Delivery driving experience preferred
  • Ability to shift priorities quickly
  • Ability to work overtime
  • Maintain a positive attitude and outgoing personality
  • Ability to be flexible with work hours

 

Education & Experience:

  • High School diploma or equivalent preferred
  • 1 year of food service, customer service, or delivery driving preferred
