Location: South Bend, Indiana (100% onsite)

Overview of the Customer Service Representative role:
• Interact with customers daily through phone calls, email, and live chat support.
• Process customer purchase orders and enter orders accurately into the company's ERP system.
• Manage a high volume of customer interactions throughout the day across multiple communication channels.
• Respond to customer inquiries regarding order status, inventory availability, shipping timelines, cancellations, account questions, and general product information.
• Handle incoming customer service tickets and prioritize requests based on urgency and business needs.
• Enter and process customer orders while maintaining a high degree of accuracy and attention to detail.
• Navigate multiple systems simultaneously, including inventory management, email, chat, and order entry software.

Preferred Qualifications for the Customer Service Representative role:
• Previous experience in customer service, customer support, call center, inside sales, or order processing roles.
• Experience working in a high-volume environment with multiple communication channels.
• Proficiency with CRM, ticketing, or customer service software.
• Experience with ERP systems is highly preferred.

Salary: $37,440 - $42,875 depending on experience
