What you will be doing:

  1. will oversee and support the development of tools, methodology and execution in support of Dexter’s pricing strategy. This role also supports the routine update of sales information and/or product segmentation within Dexter’s data warehouse.

Your responsibilities:

  • Maintains tools & overall support of Dexter’s pricing strategy.
  • Assists with price change initiatives for customers by ensuring all customer contracts are updated, customer facing documents are established on time, customer facing document distribution, etc.
  • Works with Customers & Sales Representatives to answer questions and offer overall support.
  • Assist Sales Representatives with various requested reports.
  • Distributes daily reports from Salesforce, including but not limited to Axle BU and Dexter Distribution call reports.
  • Assist with maintaining customer accounts and sales representatives in Salesforce.
  • Develop new tools to be used by sales team in Salesforce.
  • Works as an Administrator in ProSpec to manage users and works with Engineering on new products added, modifications, etc.
  • Performs other tasks or duties or projects as assigned

Qualifications & Experience:

A Bachelor’s Degree in Business and Marketing, or comparable discipline, or a combination of education and experience may be considered.

Preferred Skills:

Strong Data Analysis & Interpretation

Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel, including pivot tables, lookups, formulas, and data analysis techniques.

Experience with CRM and ERP systems

Excellent communication and organizational skill

Experience with pricing strategy and margin analysis

Knowledge of contract administration

Strong attention to detail
