About Us:

Kustom Signals, Inc. is a leader in providing innovative solutions for Law Enforcement and Public Safety. We are seeking a motivated Sales Prospector to help drive new sales opportunities and support our Sales Team within assigned territories.

What You’ll Do:

  • Identify and qualify new sales opportunities through prospecting via phone and email.
  • Develop relationships with law enforcement agencies (police departments, sheriff’s offices, highway patrol, etc.).
  • Understand customer needs and match them with KSI’s solutions, including In-Car Video, Body-Worn Cameras, Speed Enforcement RADAR/LIDAR, and more.
  • Maintain accurate records in CRM software and coordinate follow-ups with the Sales Team.
  • Develop a prospecting schedule and provide weekly reports on progress.

What We’re Looking For:

  • Education & Experience: High school diploma required; a four-year degree is a plus. Previous experience in sales prospecting, telemarketing, or customer service preferred.
  • Skills:
    • Strong communication and customer service abilities.
    • Self-motivated, organized, and able to work independently.
    • Proficiency in Microsoft Office and CRM software.
    • Ability to adapt, multitask, and problem-solve in a fast-paced environment.
