The Verizon Team Member guides customers through plans, and helps real households cut the cord on fake wireless connectivity promises.

As a Full Time Verizon Team Member, you're not just joining a team—you're joining the Verizon revolution! The Verizon Team Member becomes an expert in everything from wireless packages to new devices, delivering such excellent service that customers might just think they have 5G blood running through their veins.

Key Responsibilities of the Verizon Team Member

  • Engage with customers directly and promote Verizon's 5G solutions in a compliant friendly manner.
  • Promote customer engagement by identifying needs and recommending Verizon's 5G services devices and wireless service solutions.
  • Deliver product education by explaining features, service plans, and bundled promotions to support confident purchasing decisions.
  • Collaborate with fellow Verizon Team Members to align sales strategies, share insights, and drive consistent results across Verizon campaigns.
  • Build expertise through ongoing training in sales operations, customer engagement, and technology relevant to Verizon's offerings.

Minimum Qualifications of the Verizon Team Member
